BIO: Will Stubley is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Year13, an Australian EdTech committed to upgrading the school-to-work transition, and empowering individuals to embrace a future of hope, security, and productivity. Year13 was founded after experiencing the loss of a friend as a result of the pressures that young people face when finishing school and is now Australia’s largest platform in this space. SESSION OVERVIEW: Elevate the Experience of transitioning from school to work. Year 13 will share their hypothesis that ‘Effective career education significantly improves students wellbeing through social and economic outcomes by enhancing school productivity and fostering student confidence, leading to a sustainable talent pool for skill shortage industries.’ 

 The presentation will include Gen Z insights and an understanding of who Gen Z are, their habits, behaviours, perceptions, challenges, etc, and how we can use this knowledge to effectively engage with young people and Elevate the school-to-work Experience.
